I also felt that I could trust JP a lot, if JP said something was happening I had confidence in it, unlike my estate agent. He also helped build up a rapport between buyers and sellers which meant that people felt more accommodating to each others needs, he genuinely made a chaotic chain filled with tardy incompetent solicitors, ineffectual and uncommunicative Estate agents (other than him) and a number of hiccups along the way, seem like it would still be doable and drove it forward. I honestly would not consider another estate agent to use in any shape or form than him.
